The Charity’s fundraising activities continued with a cash collection at Tesco’s store on the Leicester Road which took place on the 5th and 6th of September.
The Mayor joined our team of collectors and is pictured with donors of four generations (not of the same family!). Molly Smith (second from the right) will be celebrating her 100th birthday on the 19th of September and her daughter, Rita, said “the hospital has done a great deal for me and my family over the years.” Many thanks to the customers and staff who contributed a magnificent £527 to the appeal.
