Rugby Bourough Council planting celebrates our 70th Anniversary
Rugby Borough Council came up with the idea to mark the charity's milestone and invited members of the Friends to attend the planting at the beds near the park's iconic Echo sculpture.

8 year old cyclist supports the Appeal
8 year old Mithra Sathiyamurthi, a pupil from Abbots Farm Junior School, has completed a 62 kms cycle ride from Rugby Station round several villages in Warwickshire before returning to Rugby Town Centre to raise funds for her school and the Friends of St Cross Platinum Anniversary Appeal.

Potentially life-saving research for members of the British Armed Forces is set to be carried out at the Hospital of St Cross in Rugby.
Volunteers wanted!
We have been asked to expand the Ward Trolley Service, Mealtime Companion and Patient Visiting Services. We also need to fill vacancies in the rotas for some of our other services which occur from time to time.
