We are aiming to raise at least £65,000 so that we can continue making a difference for patients attending the Hospital of St Cross and the NHS Community Service in Rugby. We will publish, here and on social media, some reminders of the support you have enabled us to provide and some of the donations we receive towards the Appeal. Diamond Jubilee Appeal - launched at the AGM

At our AGM on the 16th June 2014 we launched the Friends Diamond Jubilee Appeal with the aim to raise at least £60,000!

Chairperson, Heather Green said “This is the first time in recent years that we have launched an appeal and we will be seeking the support of local business as well as the general public and the many clubs and societies who have kindly nominated us as their ‘charities of the year’.”

An artist’s impression of the new unit was unveiled by Juliet Starkey and Heather Green and was greeted enthusiastically by the sixty plus volunteers who attended the AGM.
