The Urgent Care Centre at St Cross has recently taken delivery of some high seat chairs and adjustable foot rests donated by the Friends of St Cross.
Nell Jones, Nurse Manager at the UCC, said “these new chairs are more comfortable for patients than the standard chairs we had before and the foot rests make it easier to examine and treat lower legs and feet.” Juliet Starkey, General Manager at the Hospital of St Cross, said “this donation from the Friends is a great way to celebrate the first anniversary of the Urgent Care Centre becoming a nurse led service.”
