Fabulous fundraiser Tracey Lennard has been honoured after raising more than £200,000 for The Friends of the Hospital of St Cross.
At the AGM, Doug Jones, Chair of the Charity, was delighted to accept a donation from the Rugby Male Voice Choir as the first contribution to the Platinum Appeal which celebate will 70 years of making a difference at the Hospital of St Cross and in the Community Service in Rugby.
We have been asked to re-establish our Patient Visiting Service and expand our Mealtime Companion and Meet and Greet Services. We need some 20 volunteers to deliver these expanding services and to fill vacancies in other services which inevitably occur from time to time.
